General FAQ's

DO I NEED PHOTO ID TO GET A TATTOO?

Yes. A form of Government official Photo ID is required by anyone wishing to get a tattoo.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO GET A TATTOO?

Strictly 18+ only. No one under the age of 18 will be tattooed in our studio or by any of our artists.

WHAT FORMS OF ID DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept photo ID such as drivers license, Passport or Key Pass as legal forms of ID for both parties.
We will also accept a Medicare card as ID for a parent or legal guardian.

HOW DO YOU STERILISE YOUR TATTOO EQUIPMENT?

We use autoclave sterilisers. These use steam and pressure to kill germs.
We also use new needles or cartridges for each tattoo - these are medically sterilised and sealed, then disposed of immediately after. Most other tattoo equipment is single use and is also disposed of after the tattoo.

DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

Yes. Each of our artists run their own bookings, so please make contact with them via their social media pages to make your booking. A deposit will be required to lock in your booking.

HOW MUCH IS THIS TATTOO GOING TO COST?

Tattoos will vary in price according to many different factors. Size, complexity, location and much more can all play a factor, so best to speak to your tattoo artist and discuss with them if you need an approximate quote.

HOW LONG UNTIL I CAN WASH MY NEW TATTOO?

We would recommend to give your new tattoo a wash with some warm soapy water when you get home (approximately 2 - 3 hours). Make sure your hands are clean, and then apply your aftercare as instructed by your artist.

I'M WORRIED ABOUT MY TATTOO. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Make sure you're following the aftercare instructions your artist gave you. Some redness and swelling is expected for certain areas as your tattoo artist would have explained.
If you think you’re experiencing too much redness or swelling or you’re just not sure, feel free to call or come in and see us. It never hurts to ask a question, especially if you are concerned there is something wrong with your tattoo.

MY QUESTION HASN'T BEEN ANSWERED. CAN YOU HELP?

Yes we can. Please call, message or come in and see us when you are next available and we will see what we can do.
